FAQ ABOUT REGISTRATION
- I have not received any response to my e-mail.
We are working diligently to respond to your messages as quickly as possible, but there may be instances where we need additional time to get all the information necessary to respond to your case. We appreciate your patience and understanding in this regard. If you do not receive a response from us within a few days, it is likely that we have not received your email. In such cases, please reach out to us again at our email address, firstname.lastname@example.org, or alternatively, use another e-mail address to contact us.
- Which registration fee should I choose?
a. I am a student:
Please choose Postgraduate fee (member or non-member, as relevant)
- I have already created an account to submit the abstract. How I can register?
Please log in to the Participant Zone and use the registration form which is available at your account.
- I am an author or a co-author of a symposium talk and I have not received the Participant Code.
Only the submitters received the Participant Code, so if you have not created the account earlier, please use the REGISTRATION FORM to register.
- I have not received any registration confirmation e-mail.
You should receive the confirmation e-mail within a few minutes after sending the registration form. If you have not received any e-mail, please check your SPAM mailbox. If you are still not able to locate the confirmation, please contact the Organizing Office at: email@example.com
- I have received a few confirmation e-mails with different codes.
You probably refreshed the final page of the registration form, so your registration was duplicated.
We regularly review the list of participants, so we will remove the duplicate accounts and send you a final confirmation e-mail with your code and registration details soon.
- I have filled in the form with incorrect data or I want to modify registration details.
Until you make payment and receive the final invoice, you can make changes in your registration. Please log into the Participant Zone and edit your registration.

- How can I pay the fee?
You will find the payment details on the last page of the registration form. You can use the PayU link (for credit cards) or make traditional bank transfer. Please note that the PayU link is active for 15 minutes.
- The PayU link does not work or there is a problem with the payment.

- When will I receive the payment confirmation?
The confirmation of the posting of your payment is the final invoice. Please note that we are able to issue the invoice after we receive the payment to our bank account. The international and PayU transfers can take a few days, so the invoice can be sent up to 14 days after your payment.
- How can I get an invoice?
Please tick the request for the proforma invoice during the registration process. You will receive the proforma invoice with the confirmation e-mail. If you have already registered and need the proforma invoice, please contact the Organizing Office at: firstname.lastname@example.org.
- When will I receive the final invoice?
We are able to issue the invoice after we receive the payment to our bank account. The international and PayU transfers can take a few days, so the invoice can be sent up to 14 days after your payment.
- I do not need any invoice.
According to the financial law in Poland, we are obligated to issue the invoice even if you are an individual buyer.
- I need to change the invoice buyer data.
If you have not received the invoice yet, we can change the buyer data - please contact the Organizing Office at: email@example.com
If you have already received the invoice, according to the financial law in Poland, we are unfortunately not able to change the buyer from individual to institutional. If you need to correct the invoice data, please contact the Organizing Office at: firstname.lastname@example.org
- I have already paid my fee and I have to resign:
If we receive your statement of resignation by 30 April 2023, you can get a 100% refund of the fee. No refunds are possible after 30 April 2023.
- Can I transfer my fee to another participant?
The fee can be transferred to another Participant. The cancelling Participant needs to inform the Organizing Office via e-mail and provide the Office with personal data of the indicated Participant.
